I already have a website. Should I redo it?
Maybe. If your site is over 3 years old, slow on mobile, or doesn't have a booking widget — yes. If your site is converting visitors well already, leave it alone. We'll tell you straight up on the discovery call.
Do I need to write the words?
No. We write everything for you. You answer 8 questions on a form, we handle the rest. We're great at writing for local service businesses — direct, friendly, conversion-focused.
What about photos?
We use a mix of your real photos (if you have them), free stock that doesn't look like stock, and AI-generated images where it helps. If you want to do a photo shoot, we can recommend a local photographer.
What CMS / platform do you use?
Custom-coded for performance. We use Astro for the framework and host on Vercel. Faster than Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress. You don't need to know what any of those words mean — we handle the tech, you just send us your business info.
Can I edit the site myself later?
If you go monthly: just text us what you want changed. We do it within 24 hours. If you go one-time: yes, you can — but most clients just text us and we update it for free during the first 30 days.
Do you do SEO?
We do the foundation — fast hosting, mobile-friendly, schema markup, Google Business integration, local keyword research. We don't do ongoing SEO services, but the foundation is enough for most local businesses to rank in their city.
What if I want a complicated site (e-commerce, portal, etc)?
For e-commerce we'll send you to Shopify or recommend a partner. We focus on local service businesses where the goal is "get the phone to ring" — not online stores or membership sites.
Does it work with Moonline and Moonchat?
Yes — they're built to work together. We can install Moonchat on your new site, and route the contact form to Moonline. All three products together = full lead-capture system.
