I don't have a website. Can I still use this?

My website was built on [Wix / Squarespace / Shopify / WordPress]. Will it work?
Yes. Moonchat works on any website that lets you paste a snippet of code — which is all of them. If you don't know how to paste code, we'll log into your site and do it for you.
Will my visitors know it's AI?
Most won't. The agent is trained to be friendly, helpful, and conversational. If asked directly, it will identify itself transparently — we don't fool anyone, we just handle the chats.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
We train it carefully on YOUR business, but we also give you a "review chats" inbox. You'll see every conversation. If anything's off, text us and we'll fix the response — usually within 24 hours.
Can it transfer to a real human?
Yes. If a visitor wants to talk to you directly, the chat captures their phone number and pings you. You text them back when you can. Or for paid clients on Moonline + Moonchat together, it can transfer the chat to a phone call.
How is this different from those generic chatbots?
Generic chatbots run a hardcoded script. They can't actually understand customers or book appointments. Moonchat is a real AI agent trained on YOUR business — it has conversations, makes decisions, and handles real bookings.
Does it work with Moonline?
